Ronan O’Brien wins Grandslam of Irish Dance Awards!
Congratulations to Scoil Ui Ruairc student Ronan O’Brien, from Kilmallock, Co. Limerick, who in the past year, has won a Grandslam of Irish dancing titles, including the North American National, British National, Great Britain, All Ireland, Munster, Irish National and WORLD Championships! Well done Ronan!
Success for Scoil Ui Ruairc students at World Championships 2014!
Well done to all our students who competed at the recent World Irish Dancing Championships in London. Congratulations to our World champion Ronan O’Brien U11, Conor Harnett who won 3rd place Boys 15-16, and Zoe Griffin who won 14th place 19-20 Ladies. Amazing results!
Munster Championships 2013
Well done to all Scoil Ui Ruairc dancers from under 6 to senior who competed at Oireachtas Rince na Mumhan 2013. Another great year. Special congrats to our two champions Ronan O Brien U10 and Conor Harnett U15, to Cormac O Caoimh winner Zoe Griffin, to our 8 podium placers, 12 qualifiers and senior ceili team. You all danced beautifully. Now to get ready for the Christmas party, grade exams in the New Year and class trip to see Riverdance! Merry Christmas all and a Happy New Year!
